Every plan is priced the same way: what it costs to run the service each month, plus 20%, divided over the calls served. The price per call falls as usage grows and we re-run the numbers as it does. INR, before 18% GST; a period already paid keeps its price.

Plans are prepaid by the month; paying again before the end adds a month, and there are three days of grace after. The data is the Government of India's, under its open data licence; what you pay for is the service around it.
